NJICLE Seminar - Immigration Basics

If you are a general practitioner who currently handles immigration matters, or would like to expand your practice to handle these cases, plan on attending this informative program. You'll learn the basics of immigration practice, including how to obtain Nonimmigrant and Immigrant Visas and how to handle family-based immigration matters. In addition, you'll learn how to represent those seeking Asylum. You'll also find out about the latest procedural and Substantive changes. We will also provide you with an update of Obama's Administration's initiatives in the immigration arena.
The program has been designed for those who want an immigration update or refresher, as well as attorneys who do not concentrate in the area but need a basic understanding of immigration practice and procedure.
