Nachman & Associates Attorney Named To Who's Who List.

February 12, 2010- New York/New Jersey - David Nachman, Esq., the Managing Attorney at Nachman & Associates, P.C. (which has offices in New York, New Jersey and Canada) has been named among the world's top immigration lawyers by a publication that tracks practices in 100 countries.

Mr. Nachman has been included in the Corporate Immigration Edition of Who's Who Legal 2010. The publication lists 10,000 lawyers in 31 areas of business law. The attorneys selected are nominated by their peers and clients, it is not possible to purchase a spot in this prestigious publication.

Mr. Nachman is a frequent speaker on business immigration issues across the tri-state area, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University and he serves on the Advisory Board at Bergen Community College. He is a member of many statewide legal and professional organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association ("AILA"), New Jersey Bar Association, New Jersey Commerce and Industry Association ("CIANJ") and the Employer's Association of New Jersey ("EANJ"), among others.

Nachman & Associates has several attorneys in offices across the U.S. and in Canada.
